“Ordered items and paid for online. Unfortunately website was not up-to-date and therefore some items ordered were not available. However, Slam City Skates contacted me directly via email and then by phone and rapidly and were able to sort alternatives; which as the items ordered were a birthday present for my son was hugely appreciative. Very friendly and helpful (and apologetic) service. Hence still 5 stars. It's not that things dont go wrong; the sign of a good company is how they deal with things when they do go wrong. Highly recommend.”

“I really like Slam City Skates i think that they have a good range of products and they had everything I needed. The only thing I will say is I wish they had a choice of clear grip tape or black grip tape when you buy a board as I think that the top of the skateboards are really cool and it’s nice to see the top. But overall really good quality and very happy with the products I received. They came quickly with nothing broken. Good skate shop!!!”
