“The service is incredibly efficient. The order arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had issues with the different sizes uk/us/eu, and the shoes I bought ended up being slightly bigger than expected. Although I was not able to arrange a refund for these trainers I thought their customer service was excellent, great communication. A special mention to Rich who dealt with me, thank you.”
