Ordered a 7.75 Palace deck with Bones Reds and some Indy hardware. Items arrived promptly, in good packaging and all for a fair price too.

“Good shoes not skated them as of yet as braking them in as they are stiff other than that good shoes for walking.”

“I ordered a t shirt for my son. It got delivered (all dpd fault) to a different location than they reported. Keelan heard my frustration, he followed up with dpd and he was super kind hearted - so often at the end of the phone the reception is - not my problem - keelan owned the problem. He restored my faith in humans that day. Thank you”

“Super fast service and great clothing. Faster than high street brand order placed in same day. Thank you.”

“Always good to buy from Slam City, online is delivered quickly and in great condition, and in shop they're a good bunch of lads. As a 50+ year old skater I also appreciate the fact that Slam City have been at the core of the skating scene since I started in the late 80s, so this is the shop I buy from when my local skate shop doesn't have what I want.”

Helpful Report

“Slick website, quick delivery and a free sticker! Like Arnie said "I'll Be Back"”

“I had a exchange or returns issue which was bothering me. I bought a skate deck which I wasn't 100% happy with because the colour varied from my favourite colour and the deck width was just slightly larger than my ideal width. The Slam City team dealt with my exchange promptly and efficiently. The right colour was sent back to me and they had stock available in the ideal width I needed l. The Slam Team are always good at responding to my emails in a timely fashion. They offered information or advice when I had a question about products on their fabulous, user-friendly website.”

“Entered a raffle for a pair on sneakers and won. The process was faultless. Although I had to send them back as they were slightly to small for me. I have autism and was worried about the process of the return but I emailed them my concerns and they got back to me straight away putting any worries aside. They were super helpful and I definitely will be purchasing again in the future. Great store!”

Helpful Report

“Great store, great staff. Always fair with pricing and raffle wins. Not gonna win every one but definitely better chances with slam. Definitely recommend”
