“Excellent customer service!.. I have no idea when it comes to skateboards nor the equipment required!.. I wanted to order one as a Christmas present for my husband. I asked for help with the kind of wheels I would require for the board I selected. Without hesitation, I received a lovely message pointing me in the right direction when selecting the correct wheels needed. Even sent a link to the right ones!.. I selected my wheels and purchase them straight away!.. nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful and responsive. Would recommend!.. Thank you again!”

“I had been wanting to try out the Vans Chino Pro Glide trousers and spotted that Slam City had them on sale at a great price so ordered them right away. Once ordered, I received a 1 hour time slot for next day delivery from DPD which was great as I didn’t have to wait around all day for the package. The trousers came just as advertised, brand new in original packaging with tags, not a pair that had been hanging on a rack in the shop or anything. The trousers are great and I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Slam City. They even included some stickers and a coupon for future purchases. I will likely be ordering from them again in the future!”
