“Great delivery service arrived next day, However, when the product turned out to not be suitable for our needs......... we returned the product at our own cost and were shocked to find out that we had only been refunded 50% of the purchase cost. Not happy!”

“1. The dirt trap mats were folded and creased which now doesn't allow them to sit flat on the floor even if the taped at the edges. I've had to remove them as it's causing a trip hazard! 2. The outer four sheets of the translucent protection board (2 on each bundle) were damaged and extremly dirty”

“Items arrived quickly except one which had been put on the wrong route. However customer service tracked this and it arrived the following day. Products could have been packaged better as they were delivered in the item’s cellophane wrapping only which was torn exposing the products. The products should have had additional wrapping for protection.”

“The product arrived damaged. I photographed the damage and emailed Customer Services. I still have not had a reply and this is now 4 days on! I have been forced to use the damaged goods as I have had builders etc booked to do work in my house and these protection sheets were needed, but not as effective as they should be as large holes in the centre of the sheet which is a trip hazard!”

“Ease and prompt delivery . Packaging of rolls of masking tape / packing tape , a few liquid hand soap dispensers rattling around with a heavy 5litre container of soap in a large box was never going to end well ! Especially without any foam or bubble wrap to pack voids in the box .”
