Spent over £500 and didn’t get free delivery. Was told this was because it was a palletised item. Item, it they arrived loose and walked all over. (Was bought for export and have to be clean)

The sheets were damaged and dirty, There was no wrapping just bare sheets. 1200 X 2400 does not mean folded.

Do not order from this company as they can’t even get a delivery out on time costing us time and money.

I ordered bulk bags for next day delivery and the wrong address was put on the order, delivered twice to the wrong address and took over a week to finally arrive. This had a knock-on effect and as a result, we had to let down many of our customers, terrible service and we will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Awful. Never got the items. The pre 10.30 delivery turn up at 6.15pm we was not around obviously.

absolute joke, delivery for pre 12.30 called at 12 they said we was next, called at 2pm said we 3rd drop, called again at 4.30 and was told there was 4 in front of us? then said just cancel and refund and they said they wont even process the refund for a week. 2nd time iv use them and 2nd time its happen.

Ordered £160 worth of floor protection. Arranged for delivery so my wife would be in. Now 3 days late. So far 1 star, let’s see how customer services do.

No next day delivery but that was expected being in Aberdeenshire. However 6 days later and following 3 expediting calls courier did arrive but half of the order was missing

The overnight delivery did not happen due to I was told the delivery being damaged in transit. They said they would sent some more overnight which were duly delivered as well as the original order and no damage. Now I have to dispose of the unwanted boards. Should have used hardboard from the local builders merchant.

Ordered goods on line , I had to phone them twice to get a confirmation Delivery came two days after , and no red envelope 😥

The items themselves were as expected but I paid £9.50 for next day delivery and they took 3 days to arrive (UK mainland address). I had to spend time chasing the delivery and Sitepro promised to get back to me about the issue but never did. I would not recommend this company.

Still waiting for remainder of order. Ordered protective floor covering and tape. Covering arrived but no tape.

We double checked with the carrier and they confirmed they had attempted to deliver twice but as no one was home, and with a lack of safe places to leave the products, they got returned to us.
