“Certainly wouldn't use them again. My order hadn't arrived and I emailed to ask when I could expect it. I got an extremely rude response telling me that it wouldn't be dispatched until a certain date, a week after my email. At no point during the checkout process did it state that information, and if it had I wouldn't have ordered the seeds. Some customer service training for whoever monitors your emails is probably wise before you lose more customers.”

“I like the prices and simple packaging, also the tips and advice given for growing. They gave a tip on germinating chilli seeds that was very interesting. I didn't use the actual seed packet but kitchen foil and it worked. There may not be hundreds of varieties of seed to select from as with other companies but still good basic range with some unusual and interesting/ fun things to try like Yard long beans for example. I fully recommend SimplySeed.”
