“Certainly wouldn't use them again. My order hadn't arrived and I emailed to ask when I could expect it. I got an extremely rude response telling me that it wouldn't be dispatched until a certain date, a week after my email. At no point during the checkout process did it state that information, and if it had I wouldn't have ordered the seeds. Some customer service training for whoever monitors your emails is probably wise before you lose more customers.”
