“I ordered garlic cloves and onion sets but as you were not delivering until the end of September and I was going on holiday for a week on the 30th I was concerned that I might miss the delivery so I tried to contact you. I rang in the afternoon only to be told the phone would not accept any more messages. Tried next morning same result. My next attempt at contact with yourself was by text message which I sent explaining the situation and asking you to delay my delivery until I came back from holiday. No response from you. Luckily my parcel arrived two days before I left for my holiday otherwise they would have been left outside until I returned. This makes me reluctant to order from you in the future as contact with you seems impossible.”
