“I purchased 7 packs of seeds. Out of these 5 packs had less seeds than advertised (there were only on average 10 or 12 seeds in post of the packs and 5 packs were short by 1 or 2 seeds - as a percentage of the amount in the pack, that is very disappointing. In addition (although I still have hope) about 40% of the seeds havent germinated. I contacted their customer service team twice over 10 days but no response. Instead they keep emailing me asking for a review! Be careful what you wish for Simply Seeds!!”

“Seeds are great, my only concern is how much plastic was used to pack out the box. With plastic pollution the way it is, we should all be striving to address this and companies like yours can go a long way to help this by making your packaging more environmentally friendly. This is such a concern to me that I would shop at another companie even if it meant prices were more expensive. Other than that great service.”

“I ordered Brandy Boy and carrot purple sun. When my parcels arrived the carrot packet was empty and the bottom of the packet had been opened. It was completely empty. I checked if the contents fell in to the large letter it arrived in and there was nothing. The brandy boy tomatoes were fine. I decided to contact customer service and I spent DAYS having to submit forms and no one ever gets back to me. The number provided on the website doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. I went and bought carrot seeds from someone else instead. What a waste of money and time this was!! Thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer care. -F”

“Although good value at face, with only 10 seeds in a packet, there is obviously a risk of NONE GERMINATION, I won't be buying from you in the future, as although Seeds were set in tested and reliable propagators, many haven't germinated and now it is too late to replant. Les Abbs C.Eng. FIMME.”
