“I ordered seeds and vermiculite from this company and, probably due to royal mail strikes, haven't recieved my order. Their order confirmation email stated that they would email again once despatched but that didn't happen. I have since had an email stating that I should have received my order but have not. I have tried contacting the company twice and have had absolutely no response. I had ordered from them prior to my latest order and had no problems so I've no idea why they are not communicating???”
