“The reason I have put poor is that I have not received these seeds although the post office say these seeds have been delivered on the 06.01.24. I received an email saying these seeds were about to be delivered on 3.01.24. I know this is the post office not you that are at fault but I have tried to get in touch with you about this matter to no avail on your contact form by email on help@simplyseeds.co.uk my emails have been returned saying they could'nt be delivered I would appreciate it if you would get in touch with me and advise me what to do next. I have been charged for these seeds on Order No SS187549.”
