“For the second year running I was have been very pleased with the quality of the onion sets. So much better than those I have bought in garden centres where I suspect the plastic packaging and warm conditions leads to rapid deterioration.”

“I ordered two types of onions. Red winter and Radar. Only one onion was soft. Radar was quite similar in size, the Red Winter varied a bit more. I planted them on 15 and 20 September in pots (4 in each pot with 4 cutoff pop bottles over them as windbreak.) I got 14 pots of Radar and 13 pots of Red Winter. So far I am very happy. Next delivery will be my garlic. The only negative thing was that I could not order my garlic at the same time as the onions so I ended up paying twice the postage.”

“Bought nematodes for vine Weevil and slugs and used them simultaneously in the watering jug, like a cocktail! Hopefully will notice a reduction in both pests!! Prompt delivery, used last year with good effect, hope for success this time too.”
