“As a new customer I was wary of choosing a new supplier however simply hair have been great. Fantastic quality hair, luxury yet affordable. Also brilliant customer service, I queried something and received a lovely response very quickly. It would be great to see some promotional material available to customers, I am really excited and proud to be working with such a high quality product and I want to promote this to my customers as much as possible. “So far I have loved using Simply hair, my previous supplier took ages to reply to emails and I found their online order system really complicated, however with simply hair I have received excellent customer service that is fast and efficient and the delivery is really fast! I also love the client feature, so far I couldn’t rate simply hair any higher”

“Hair quality looks and feels good. Haven’t had the extensions put in yet so can’t say how well they last etc. I paid next day delivery and ordered before 3pm but they took two days to arrive, however, that may be to do with the postal service rather than Simplyhair. I contacted Simplyhair via direct message on Instagram before purchasing to ask which nano beads they recommended, silicone lined or none lined but never got a response..did a bit of googling and went with what I thought. The plastic (?) tip of the extension is much stronger than the Beautyworks hair I had last time so I’m hoping they’ll last better. The hair colours I picked are really pretty so can’t wait to get them in now!”

Hi, Thank you for your email, and we are sorry to hear you did not have a 100% positive experience with us. Big apologies for not receiving a response to your Instagram message, due to the recent situation we do not have the same staff levels at the moment that we are used to, therefore emails and messages are receiving a slower response time. Equally, whilst all deliveries have been leaving our warehouse on time, there have been some delays due to the increased workload and reduced staff in the postal services, however, these are beyond our control at the moment and fortunately rare, but nonetheless we apologise if this caused you any inconvenience.
