“I have just purchased 4x sets of hair as the hair I purchased (also 4x sets) in May all fell out after 3 weeks. I have always loved your hair and recommended it. BUT the hair purchased in May was awful quality. Knotted and matted and fell out. Customer Services were not helpful at all”
