"Thoroughly delighted with the quality of the handrails, has given my wife and I greater confidence for going up and down the stairs from having a handrail on each side instead of just the one. Was happy I could order the sizes I wanted instead of other sites that only offered fixed sizes that would need to be adjusted. Would recommend to anyone!"

"We purchased a solid oak handrail and the experience was great - the handrail arrived quickly, was wrapped well, and looked exactly like on the site. \r\nWhile there were no instructions with the handrail itself (saving paper and all that), the product page on the website had all the instructions we needed. “Bought a 3.5 metre oak handrail with stainless steel fittings. The item was delivered with the timeframe stated on the website and was very well packaged. I am very pleased with the quality of the rail and fittings. I followed the website’s advice on drilling pilot holes for fitting the brackets to the rail and not using power tools for the assembly. I finished the rail with Osmo oil, lightly sanding it back with very fine (500 grade) paper and then buffing the rail. I am delighted with the end result. A quality product, highly recommended.”

“I ordered a handrail from SimpleHandrails at lunchtime on Tuesday 13 July and spoke to a very helpful member of staff and asked if they could possibly fit an extra bracket. This was no problem and I wanted the Anthracite grey and she told me that it would have to be sprayed. I was absolutely amazed that on Thursday 15 July the handrail arrived!! The finish of the paintwork was Rolls Royce standard, I cannot believe the quality of the whole product. I recommend this company to anyone. Colin Brice”
