“The order for my Oak handrail arrived swiftly, the courier updated me on delivery day and time. Handrail was great quality as were the fittings. It was simple to fit, if I was going to fit another I would treat it with Danish Oil before fitting it. I fitted it first and oiled it once in position, not really an issue but the oil brings out the beauty in the grain and that might determine the positioning of the rail before screwing it into place. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend SimpleHanrsils.”

“Used their online quote system on a Bank Holiday Sunday, the MD emailed me on the Bank Holiday Monday offering help with any questions I might have. Following a few more emails I placed, and paid for, the order that evening. The posts arrived 3 days later, the glass arrived promptly, allowing for the fact I notified them I was away for a few days so couldn't take delivery during that period. The flat ended brush steel handrail was well packed and contained 3 supports and the relevant screws. The handrail is easy to assemble with pre drilled and tapped holes. “Excellent product, which Simple Handrails made to my required dimensions. Very good service from Lorna in the Sales Office. I needed a smart handrail alongside the steps on my driveway. I used a Simple Handrails brushed stainless tube (5.3 metres long) fixed to treated 100 * 100 cedar wood posts at 1.1 metre height. Posts sunk 0.6 metres into concrete. LED solar-powered lights fitted to the top of each pole, for about £15 each. Overall, EXCELLENT SERVICE and PRODUCT. Car not included ....”
