“Items arrived on time and safely, however I did have an issue with a product so wanted to give them chance to correct it so contacted them via email and had no reply. Then contacted them via the contact us form and I had a reply, but then no reply to my reply - won't be shopping here again.”

“Arrived promptly however, the container was packed on its side and not upright. Box was sodden, liquid leaked out.”

“Order item mid December which had a 3-5 days delivery arranged and paid for, the item took almost 4 weeks to arrive, the address was wrong on my parcel and despite several Emails to the company I personally had to contact the delivery company who eventually changed the address to release the item, pretty poor customer service.”

“Wrong products sent. Although postage refunded it took another week for the correct product to arrive. In the meantime there was no communication to let me know what was happening.”

“I received an article which was not the correct one. After emailing, I was given the possibility of sending it back myself with a receipt of postage for a refund but there was never an apology or explanation offered for receiving the wrong article. All it takes is an earnest apology. I thought that this attitude was poor and strange for an online company to have that kind of attitude towards its customers.”

Hello, Apologies you are unhappy with the outcome but often our suppliers change items without prior knowledge. However we will always make sure that any items that do change are perfectly suitable for use and what they are sold as before sending, which this item is. I did offer reassurance that this item was suitable for your needs however you were not happy with this so I did offer the chance for you to send it back and we would refund fully plus additional return expense but you did not get back to us.
