I received an article which was not the correct one. After emailing, I was given the possibility of sending it back myself with a receipt of postage for a refund but there was never an apology or explanation offered for receiving the wrong article. All it takes is an earnest apology. I thought that this attitude was poor and strange for an online company to have that kind of attitude towards its customers.
