“Received the product quickly and was well packed, however one of the bottles had leaked. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Sent 2 emails pictures of the leak and not had a reply in over a week. Will be taking further action if still have no reply.”

Your item went with Royal Mail but they were striking on those days, and have been striking this week too a large number of parcels have been delayed because of this. I can only apologise but it should be with you soon.

Hi Zak, please accept my apologies. Simply put, I made a note of your item being returned back to us and to change your address and resend it out, but I forgot to reply to your email. Apologies once again, Dom.

“Part of the order was out of stock. I received an email from ShopnShine advising me, and asking if I wanted a substitute. I replied that I wanted it removed from the order. On the last day I should have received the order, it still hadn't been dispatched, so I had to chase it up. After a couple of weeks I still had not received a refund on the item that was out of stock, so I phoned up and was assured the refund would be processed immediately. I am still waiting for that refund nearly a week later.”
