Part of the order was out of stock. I received an email from ShopnShine advising me, and asking if I wanted a substitute. I replied that I wanted it removed from the order. On the last day I should have received the order, it still hadn't been dispatched, so I had to chase it up. After a couple of weeks I still had not received a refund on the item that was out of stock, so I phoned up and was assured the refund would be processed immediately. I am still waiting for that refund nearly a week later.
