I bought a Cinelli complete bicycle worth 3.5k. It was shipped via intl express postage, took 3 weeks for the merchant to provide me with tracking info. The bike arrived over a month later, and it was damaged due to poor pacakaging.
The bicycles frame, derailer and hangar were all damaged so badly the bicycle is not ridable.
Over two months later Im still waiting for the merchant to send the replacement parts. The lack of commication and vagueness around, how and when they are going to fix this issue is appalling.
Will never do business with this company again, extremly unsatisfied customer.”
