“Wow ! Fabulous fresh delicious food - safely delivered to Cornwall in perfect condition. We love Middle Eastern food and this was certainly up there!”

“Bulk of the food ordered was great, though it was pricey considering the portion sizes. Really enjoyed the dips and breads in particular. The vegetarian magloubeh was just awful though. The rice was completely uncooked which made for really unpleasant eating. Worse still, the tubs in which this and the chicken magloubeh arrived were totally smashed in with the contents spilled in the interior of the box. Strangely, the box itself was in pristine condition, which led us to conclude that the items within the box had simply been badly packed. What are the chances of both rices dishes being completely damaged on arrival? It was messy and annoying to clean up, especially as the chicken rice was well made compared with the vegetable version, but we were left with limited contents.”

Dear Nadia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and sorry for the inconvenience caused with the items that were damaged in transit. Whilst every effort is made to carefully package food in our kitchen, there are a limited number of occasions where things get damaged whilst in transit, as they are loaded and unloaded on to vehicles multiple times at various depots in the hands of our mostly reliable third party carriers DPD. We will be feeding your comments regarding the vegetable magloubeh to the kitchen team in our morning briefing. One of the customer care team will be in touch shortly to remedy things. “Variety was great but some items arrived a bit damaged and oils had leaked which was quite messy to clear up. Cooking instructions were v clear. Disappointed that the Turkish delight was not three separate flavours (as the image suggested) but was instead a blended flavour. The quantity of plastic packaging was a bit concerning - so we’d be reluctant to order this too frequently.”

“So delicious. Bought for a birthday party with friends, all the food is prepared and pre portioned all we had to do was get the halloumi, tip everything into serving bowls and microwave a couple of dishes. Will definitely buy again”

“This was for a family celebration so we ordered one vegan feast and two beef feasts plus a few extras. All the admin was very prompt and timely, delivery spot on. Great fun unpacking and sorting all the individually numbered packages and relating them to the very clear instructions for heating where necessary and plating up. And even greater enjoyment from eating it all, a riot of flavours and textures with not a single failure. Good value for money as well Very highly recommended”

“The meze kit is great, so easy to compile and brilliantly packaged. It tastes amazing, we're obsessed with the hummus and Kibbeh! Have sent as gifts to people as a treat too. Service is great too, have often emailed on various questions and always a quick helpful reply.”

“Really enjoyed our first meal kit, which was to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious and the serving sizes just right (and on the generous side). I will recommend to others. As an improvement, it would have been great if I could have sent to multiple addresses within a single order rather than have to do them separately (apologies if this was possible and I just didn't see how).”

“Delicious food beautifully presented with clear instructions. Loved the Baba Ghanoush and the humous. Charred spiced cauliflower was excellent as well. Lots of little seeds and nuts included pepped the whole meal up.”
