“Excellent customer service. 1st pair of shoes had a couple of faulty stitches, customer service very helpful and quick - emailed me a free postage returns form to use at Post Office, very easy. Quick to refund. I ordered a replacement pair which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Definitely would use them again.”
