“It's been very pleased experience as I wasn't any easy customer at all! The first shoes were too big, I've placed another order for smaller size... Each time the delivery was immediate, I felt it was next day delivery, it was second day I bet... Nevertheless ~ the smaller size have had a cosmetic flaw ~ so I've returned both orders at one go, and I've placed the THIRD order within just a few days time! The 3rd order was delivered in no time, in perfect shape as expected, the refunds for returned items were prompt as well. It's been an amazing experience, fast dispatch/delivery time, easiness of returning/refunding too. THANK YOU !!!”
