“Really disappointed - I didn't mind paying a premium for a quality product, but expected the same in customer service. Bought a pair of slippers in my normal size, but these were far too tight. Would have exchanged them for a bigger size, but then got caught with having to pay to return these on top of the original price. Decided to cut my losses and just return them. My family and I will not be using ShoeStation Direct again.”
