“I had never even heard of ShoeStation Direct before my recent shoe purchase. Having chosen and paid for them, it was only a few days before they were delivered to my home. Unfortunately, through no fault of theirs, I decided that they weren't what I wanted. I have since returned them through their returns system, which was really easy. Today, two days after they had confirmed the receipt of them, I received the refund into my account. The whole process took around a week, and went without a hitch. I am very impressed by this company and have no hesitation in recommending them to you.”
