“This is my 3rd pair of boots I've bought from you , which I've always been very happy with, all the same models and all the same size so I don't understand why with my recent purchase that these were much to big yet are labelled up as size 8, so consequently I've now got the hassel of returning them.could they have been labelled up incorrectly?hence only 1 star”

“I had to return a pair of boots as i was unable to get them on due to insufficiant give in the side gussets. I attempted to use the return portal ,but the order on the despatch note would not accept ,as Daventry was only 25 minutes away i returned them to the shop. Both members of staff were excellent and organised a refund without any problem.”
