“The shoes were just wanted and fit well& are comfortable. My only issue was delivery to my door. Initially it was either Tuesday or Wednesday which would have been fine. However it changed to Wednesday on Tuesday afternoon which was difficult as I had a health appointment on Wednesday 2which I didn't wish to miss,fortunately just as I left the house for the health appointment, the shoes were delivered and I was able to keep the appointment & also receive the shoes.”

“Needed to return an item but didn’t have an invoice but they got back to me straight away explaining what I needed to do. However it was disappointing to find out that I had to pay for returns as a pair of boots is quite heavy and an expense”
