“Bought 2 pairs. Brown/Blue Suede Black/Black Suede. 1st was to replace a new pair had to give away size 9. Reason:Had a bad foot injury start lockdown, triple twisted my ankle and foot damaging all the tendons. Took 14 months to recover now have to have size 10. Both pairs from you more comfortable than other size 10 makes I have. Thankyou. Service & delivery were excellent.”

“Bought a pair of shoes but found them too heavy, contacted ShoeStation Direct Office and talked to a courteous operator who accepted my request for a return and within minutes obtained, by email, a return label. I could then go to the post office and mailed the box to their station, at no cost. Now I got a full refund, including the initial despatch cost. Very satisfied, excellent. I wish every company were like ShoeStation Direct.”
