“The actual process of buying from ShoeStation Direct was faultless. The problem was the product. I was replacing a pair of safety trainers my daughter got at her old job. I bought the exact style of trainers in the exact same size but they were too small. Then I had to pay £11 to return them. Why would this happen? Have you changed suppliers? A real nuisance. I can't afford to send shoes to and fro. I'll have to find an actual physical shoe shop where she cannery things on”
