“I orderd a pair of Ambler qork boots 30_5/2026 from ShoeStation Direct purely for the fact that the item would be dispatched on the same day, for delivery 31/5/2026. As promised the item was dispatched same day, with an email trail informing me that Royal Mail Parcel Force had received them. This is where the problem started. Emails and tracking said that the item was oit for delivery and would be delivered by 7.30pm 31/5/2026. 8pm nothing. Through he tracking I was unable to locate them. The item finally arrived on 2/6/2026, in perfect condition. The delivery of the item is beyond the control of ShoeStation, and when informed, Hayley(Customer Service) was straight on the case, was very apologetic and keeped me upto date. The product and service from the supplier are not in question, my only gripe is with Royal Snail Parcel Farce. That said, I will in the be ordering ftom them, but just expect a longer delivery time. Thanks for your help Hayley, good work.”
