“Placed an order Got confirmation order was on the way Then got an email a few days later Sorry item now out of stock so refunding Not the best service to be told your order is confirmed and on the way then to be informed actually no it’s not we don’t have it I could of find elsewhere had I just been told before you took my money that it actually was no longer available Didn’t even get offered alternative colour etc Very poor service and communication”

“The best sports bra I have ever owned. I play football and had been wearing two sports bras as I couldn't find a bra that fully supported me while playing, this was really uncomfortable and I still wasn't supported. The shock absorber sports bra that I purchased is amazing. It is lightweight and I am fully supported when playing high impact sports.”

“The ultimate run bra is literally the best bra - if like me you have generous bust and small frame - and suffer from PMS breast pain - it is the only bra I found to stop bounce completely. Love it - they advise you to go up a size on band and that is totally true - my question is why on earth don't you resize the bra accordingly rather than get customers to go up a size? I had to buy and return before I got original size, now that I know its okay but surely that makes no sense....so new customers pls note buy a bigger band size!”

“Have worn this make in the past, so I ordered my usual size (36D). The cup size was no larger than a B and I struggled to do the bra up. In addition to paying for delivery, the cost to return it was £7.30. An expensive experience!”

“The bra was very supportive, however I was very sad I had to send it back because I couldn’t fasten it without the help of another person which is not always possible”

“The actual bras were great quality and good value. I bought 2, 1 I returned which was no hassle. The other I kept, but it is actual too small for me. Unfortunately, I've ready washed it. I have bought Shock Absorber bras before, some have lasted literally years. Very good bras, great for all sport activities. Measure yourself first! Possibly go up a band size? I measure 32, but I think I'm more a 34 (as the 32 isn't comfortable during some activities)”

“I love these bras and have bought many before from other websites. This is the first time I’ve ordered from shock absorber directly- and the customer service has been non existent. I’ve been trying to contact them for days, I’ve tried every contact method I can find on the website and got one response (from wonderbra) saying this was the contact for media enquiries and they couldn’t help me. I’d recommend buying from alternate stores.”

“The Shock Absorber is the best sports bra I have ever worn, my previous one has lasted years and I'm still wearing it, it is strong, comfortable and with shock absorbing material. I recently invested in 4 more; I ordered 2 running bras and 2 multi sports bras and they fit perfectly as I already knew my size, very very happy !”

“I usually live shock absorber, have always worn the same one for years. I ordered a larger size this time as was needed, and sports bra wasn't true to size. It's far too small which is disappointing as it's my true size, and never had issues when ordering my true size in the past. I had no choice but to keep it and wear and sports bra over the top as I needed the support to start my exercise classes. Disappointed on this occasion.”
