“This is not my first shock absorber bra but I am slightly disappointed with my max support d+ bra. Shoulder straps are itchy and feel small when adjusted to loosest size even I have an extremely short height so usually this is never an issue. It feels tight in underarms, too. The support is excellent though, I love the cup part. Also hooks on run bra are easy to unhook when running. My previous ultimate run bras didn't have this issue. I would be happy if there will be a solution to fox it in future products.”

“I generally love Shock Absorber sports bras, unfortunately the run bra was not for me. The way the shoulder strap connects to the bra meant that it was almost impossible for me to get the bra on as the strap kept sliding out at the back. It also came up VERY small. I went with my usual size and it was very tight and uncomfortable.”

“I have been wearing this style of bra for over 20 years. I do a lot of running and find this bra really gives good support. I have tried other sports bras over the years and have always returned to this one.”

“Two negative things: on your website and in your emails you state that bra fitting consultations are done in a private room - this was absolutely not the case, I could hear another conversation going on. Secondly, the bras I’ve order after the consultation were both way too small.”

“I actually love these I have 3 they are in my opinion the best for keeping the girls in place, and the quality is great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they are constantly out of stock in the bigger sizes.”

“I'm confused how I bought two of the same, one black and one white and the black one really chafes my waist yet I've adjusted them identically? Too late to return and not the cheapest so a waste of money”

“Walnut neon sports bra finally a bra that fits. 32f and fits perfectly. A little tricky to get on quite a few different straps but is versatile. Like colours. Maybe a little tight as a 32 but will give.”

“Bought a shock absorber bra recently. I used their fit guide and measured myself to make sure I bought the correct size. The bra size recommended was a back size bigger and a cup size smaller to what I'd normally wear. But since this was their fit guide and they know how their products fit best, I went ahead and bought it at the recommended size. However, it is too small and digs in. When I contacted them to say I wasn't happy as went with their fit guide. Was told that this is just a guide and you should always by your normal size. They offered me 20% off my next purchase.”

“I was super sceptical as I’ve always struggled to find something with good support for horse riding but I thought I’d give it a go! Did not disappoint! It’s genuinely changed my life, I’ve never felt so comfortable riding and it’s made such a difference to be able to focus on my riding rather than worrying about the pain afterwards from an awful bra!”

“I purchased a 36 G bra and although it fits, there is still a significant amount of movement when running/jumping so the cup support could be much better. I like the fact that you can adjust the straps through hooks, as the straps stay in place much better but I am unable to actually hook the straps at the top by myself so I am reliant on other people the put the bra on and take it off. Once the straps are hooked at the top, I am unable to reach and unhook them so someone has to help me take the bra off. I’m not sure if there’s a trick I’m missing! Overall, considering the cost is not insignificant, I was expecting more. Sadly, it falls short of expectations.”

“Whilst the website is good, I ordered a bra recently at the sizing was unbelievably off. I then contacted the chat to get confirmation of what size to get, and I haven’t heard anything almost a week later. I’ve always worn shock absorber but I think I will look elsewhere, as the sizing is ridiculous. I’m normally a 34GG (measured only last week to confirm), but the shock absorber size was so small it hurt, and then the size guide said I should order a 38E!?”
