“Bought 2 shock absorbers as had 1 before that I have had for years. As advised on the website got the next size up… bit loose in the cup but good fit.”

When it comes to the excess fabric in the cup, we would recommend doing the 'swoop and scoop' making sure all your breast tissue is in the cups and your band is sitting flat against your skin. You may also need to adjust the straps, which may also affect the fit of the cups. “This was my third Shock Absorber bra. They are fabulous. I have a small back measurement but a large cup sixe and this is the only sports bra I've found that I can run in thank you”
