“Very good and efficient service, much better than making own arrangements and very good value. Staff at both drop-off and pick-up were friendly, I would use the service again for this or other events.
One suggestion, more and bigger signs for the drop-off point at the finish line would be very helpful as the map supplied in the email simply gave Madeira Drive with the pin in the centre (this is a very long road).
Many Thanks”
“Brilliant! Dropped our bikes off at the finish line and they were ready for us to pick up the next day at the promised time. Bikes in perfect condition, with everything still attached. It made our day so much easier!”
“The bike was transported with no damage. The drop-off and pick-up points were clearly marked on maps in an email and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I wish we had until 8pm (instead of 7pm on the Monday) to pick up our bikes to make it easier to get there from work in time without any stress”
“I just thought it was a first class service. Smart, trustworthy staff, very helpful and efficient. No complaints at all (though I did struggle to find the tent in Clapham but that was just my stupidity).”
“We used the Sherpr service at London-Brighton, everything about it was excellent. Information about pick-up/ drop-off was clear and there were never any queues. All the staff were polite and helpful. Great service!”
“Used this incredible service to transport my bike recently! Was really impressed by the website, its effectiveness and live support! It arrived promptly, as expected, and in perfect condition! Would definitely recommend!”
“I purchased a road bike on eBay and used Sherpr to transport it from Sheffield to London. The website is user-friendly and they have live support on hand to assist with any questions and queries. The process was quick and easy and the video instructions for how to disassemble the bike were extremely useful for my eBay seller. The box arrived on a Monday, (a box perfectly designed to safely pack the bike), and a day later the packed bike was collected. The bike reached me on time, on Wednesday, in perfect condition and I would not hesitate to recommend using this service.”
“Good service. Bike was delivered on time and no damage to the bike. Tracking delivery system was good. Customer service is excellent and they have answered all questions I had before sending my bike away.”
“I used Sherpr to travel my TT bike to Italy for the GF World Champs. Service was personalised and first class - really helpful with the packing of the bike and accommodating around drop off of the bike at both ends. It made the trip so much easier than flying with the bike and equipment - i've booked them for this years race already.”
