“Shed monkey were great delivery driver very rude horrible man”

“When the shed arrived I was not at home but the builders at my home informed me that the delivery driver did not want to deliver it as it was damaged. The wooden "border" around the roof ('Im not sure the correct name for it ) was broken and we have to purchase some new timber for this. There was also some damage to the walls which although not major would not encourage me to recommend your company. Other than that the shed appears to be of good quality. Delivery was a day late which held my builders up with their work. However, when the company were advised of the issues they were very quick to put things right and I have been very happy with their response”

In the unlikely event of there being a damaged component, we would always request that we are given an opportunity to replace it, which we can typically achieve in one or two days. “This is a review of a 12x8ft PowerShed. Now that the shed is up, it looks amazing. However, I didn't find the process of putting it up very easy - we had one panel that should have been a different panel, damaged/split sections that we had to mend as we went and alterations we had to make as some of the pieces just didn't fit together all that well. I appreciate we could have asked Power Sheds/ShedMonkey to replace these parts but we had put a bank holiday weekend aside to build the shed and having dismantled our previous shed, a load of belongings all over our lawn. We had to get the shed up whatever - we couldn't wait three days to speak to someone about then replacing in however long it would take. I just thought that when you spend that much money on a shed, you get a great shed and these things wouldn't happen. The instructions are pretty complicated too, I had to read some of the instructions repeatedly, however I did find a YouTube that helped (not sure why this wouldn't be advertised on the instructions?). Delivery took a while but it came on the day originally quoted and the delivery driver was literally the nicest delivery man I have ever met. The price at ShedMonkey was good in comparison to other suppliers too. So, in conclusion, waited a couple of months for it to be delivered, fab delivery guy and updates, shocking to put up, quality of some panels not great or even correct, but looks great and my hands have almost recovered.”

“Shed just ok. I did expect much thicker panels especially on floor. All wood seems thin and fairly fragile. Hoped shed would have been more robust.”

“The felt was poor quality,but the shed is ok could do with more door height . Pleased with the finished result would have been good with a choice of stain colour.”

“I was kept in the loop re my order and delivery was good , nice driver. the reason I wouldn’t buy again thou is the door height is 5 feet 6 inch high so i have to duck every time and unfortunately i dont always remember. I cannot think why the hell would they make a door height this low.”

“Shed perfectly ok, but as a retired lady on my own, it was shocking that no one delivered to my garden. I have since advised friends and neighbors of this and to look elsewhere where there is a proper delivery to garden”

“It’s a decent shed but 2 out of 3 trusses were warped so the roof panels didn’t match up quite right. Managed to get it altogether and seems sturdy.”

“Received shed as per arranged schedule, couldn’t check parts unless unpackaged but if you refuse to take shed it says to leave fully packaged?.. anyway shed is ok, not good but ok. Some of the wood ends needed to be cut down to enable a flush fit I.e to butt up against one another and also some batons were very warped!,,, on completion it was found that the door heighth is lower than previous shed and also the double door size is small. Overall, do I recommend this shed? I got to sit on the fence on this one.”
