“1. Time from order to delivery EXCELLENT 2. Delivery and packaging of shed parts etc EXCELLENT 3. Quality of wood used EXCELLENT (although one of the external side roof batten was so curved that the wood has just split under pressure and I am having to make a repair tomorrow) 4. Would be helpful if screws could be separated by size rather than mixed; quite a few of clout nails were unusable as they had additional metal attached to points which sounds like a manufacturing and quality check fault/error 5. It is now some weeks since summerhouse built and without remembering the detail, I felt some of the instructions were not entirely clear. 6. Well pleased with the end product. For a comparatively new British company, I think you should be very proud of what you have achieved. The concept of modular shed/summerhouse construction is something I have not come across before. WELL DONE and good luck for the future.”

“No issues with Shed Monkey really. Maybe unfair that I have deducted a star for something out of their control ie the build instructions provided by the manufacturer. They were confusing in some parts and nonsense in others. I bought a 20’x 8’ shed and maybe most people get a tradesman in rather than trying to construct it themselves so don’t notice the errors in the instructions. The video was helpful but as it was only showing a small shed, there were different issues that arise with a larger shed that weren’t shown. Had to email/call the manufacturer several times.”

“Overall good shed”

“quite easy to erect and sturdy. ok for the money god”

“Sides fit very well, roof not as good, some of the tongs at the edge got split think these would be better trimmed off. Not enough screws? Plenty of felt but didn’t seem the need for the additional strip on top but proposed used to provide additional strength ? Generally a good shed for the money Delivery and online / phone processes very good indeed”

“The shed is great for the price, but the instructions could be improved on, ie. more specific for the size and more detailed with diagrams. It would help if holes were ready drilled in the sides for joining too, that took an exceptionally long time to do. I will also replace the roofing material with something thicker for durability.”

“Great product, delivery as stated. Slight damage to base unit in transit but rectified straight away.”

“The shed arrived on a pallet when advised with all sections pre-assembled. It was incredible simple to put together and the quality was great for the price. Only negative is the door timbers are not the same quality as the rest of the walls and both top and bottom was very roughly sawn with a lot of split ends. That said for the ease and price it is great product and service.”

“Arrived promptly and securely. Fully erected in 6 hours by myself (67 year old male). Only negative was one of the strips of wood supplied to cover the joints etc was damaged at the end. I was able to cut that bit off and still use it.”
