“Customer service was perfect and so helpful as you could call and they were at the end of a phone immediately I was fully assisted from the first call . They took care of everything in registering our company uploaded our Contacts and explained how it all worked and they were able to assist on delivering our first text service. The other great thing is the customer can opt out very easily with the system they have... Very happy and confident this text service will deliver amazing news and offers to our customers and we will ultimately reap the rewards.. Thank you”

“Very impressed with the service, Sendmode has a number of capabilities that our previous provider did no have - We can track Open Rates, Link Clicks etc. can also easily pull Names, Surnames from contact lists and incorporate them into our messages. Trevor is particularly helpful and is always on hand to assist with any queries. Very affordable for what you are getting - could not reccomend enough!”

“As a local club we used to use Vodafone for bulk texts. New comreg requirements made it very difficult and Vodafone's process was cumbersome. I found sendmode online and their registration and setup was very quick and efficient. John was a great help getting it done late at night and we were able to send texts within hours which got us out of a jam! I would highly recommend them.”
