“The team here at sendmode are always very responsive to my queries, and no question is ever too annoying!! It is a very effective tool, and one that I couldn't do without. It is very easy to navigate around and if you do get stuck the guys are always only an email or call away. They are like an extension of our own team at this stage. Any questions I had John and Trevor quickly answered. Don't understand the one star below, we had a small glitch with online payment (3rd party) and Trevor quickly remedied this in minutes with an alternative payment method.”
