“Had a problem with my order and emailed the company describing the issue. I was very understanding that sometimes things don’t go right and just wanted the problem resolved. Around an hour after my email, I was contacted via telephone but a very rude gentleman who told me he “didn’t believe me”. I was very upset and annoyed that such a large company has such poor standard of customer service. I will never buy from this company again, not for the mistake but for the service I received.”

“I needed to replace my Jute Lunch Bag and struggled to find the right size. I came across ScreenTextiles when searching and they were a very good price. To justify the postal cost I ordered five, still making them good value when compared to other suppliers. I was really surprised at how quickly they arrived and noticed my Despatch Slip was marked 'Urgent Order'. I don't know why, but it's such good service.”
