“I was missing 3 tshirts in my delivery and it was only when i phoned to chase them up that i was informed they were out of stock and i wouldn’t receive them until after i needed them! I think that should of been on the delivery note instead of “3 to follow” which was very misleading and the person i spoke to on the phone wasn’t very apologetic or helpful at all. Wasn’t happy with the service”

Unfortunately, it appears that these three items were placed on backorder, and this can sometimes happen due to our live stock feed, and due to high volume orders. We cannot help that this may occur from time to time, however, it should have been made aware more clearly on your dispatch note that this was the issue, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
