We understand that those who buy a couple of items may see our shipping as quite expensive. But when buying in bulk of 100+ garments, we think the shipping cost is a fairly reasonable price. “Some of the products that I have bought came damaged, I have emailed the company after some days to get a answer to my email I have to call them. I have ask if is there a chance to just replace the items damaged instead to refund and the answer was: “I cannot do it because we don’t have the item available in stock anymore”. I have back to the website while I was speaking to the guy that pick my call and I could see as the product was still available to buy. After 1 hour I have back to the website and the products was still there available to buy. The customer service of this company are very poor. The product are amazing but be prepared to be treated as nothing or as your money do not have any importance to them.”

We can only apologise that the items were not in the best of conditions, however, we had offered you a refund or replacement for the damaged items. The items we tried to replace had unfortunately been out of stock on our website, and as a result, we refunded you for the items we could not replace. Due to our website having a live stock feed, which items are in stock isn't in our control. “We purchased 30 aprons and unfortunately around 8 of them arrived with brown marks, and all 30 were stitched badly with cheap back stitches. We needed them embroidered urgently for a last minute event so once they arrived and we saw the state of them, we sadly didn’t have any other choice but to use them. What would have been appreciated though was some kind of apology and discount from customer services, but they refused as we had used some of them, even though we had taken and sent in photos of all of the issues. So we are not happy at all and will not be using Screentextiles again.”

Hi, We are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, once a garment has been decorated, it breaches our terms and conditions for refunds or replacements. As spoken to on the phone, if there is ever an issue with one of our garments, these need to be reported on receipt of delivery so a suitable resolution can be agreed.
