“I was really impressed with the product- high-quality, GOTS certified tea towels for a competitive price. Screentextiles had a really simple ordering process where the price was shown upfront, online (no need to send off for a quote), they had the product in stock (unlike some other suppliers) and they arrived quickly. Based on this experience I would definitely use Screentextiles again.”

“Hi I am disappointed in the t-shirts I received they were dirty however new ones were sent out bavk to immediately and I am happy about that however the t-shirt quality’s was not up to the standards they were very thin and I have had to send them back because I wouldn’t be able to use the adult t-shirts to print on because the quality was very poor I have now sent them back. Please can you help me with returning my money for the t-shirts I have sent back thank you.”

“Still have not received the products, was advised they would be here on Wednesday 14th but they still have not turned up - no notification as to where they are or when they might arrive. Having now reported to the company that I have not received the products - they tell me there was a failed delivery twice. I have found out myself the deliveries were by DPD - we are a school - staffed from 6.30am - 10pm Monday to Friday - DPD never even tried to deliver my package and Screentextiles - were not even interested - they see it as my problem - not even an apology!!”

Hi Melissa, We are sorry to hear you did not receive your order. We can see via your DPD tracking that there were missed delivery attempts on the 13th and 14th of September due to the first line of the delivery address missing. As a result of this, DPD delivered this to a nearby pickup shop as they couldn't make a successful delivery to you without the essential information required to complete the delivery. We understand how frustrating this may be, and we can only apologise you have not received your order. However, it is not down to us to make sure your delivery information is correct. In this case, it had key information missing from your delivery address resulting in DPD being unable to deliver your order.
