“The initial contact and the sum offered for the car were fine, however, the booking system for the car collection was terrible. I was given a date for collection, fortunately, I called on the date given and was told that I had been given the wrong date. The next date I was given, apparently hadn't been forwarded. Collection was eventually made on the third date. Collection of the car and payment was very good. I would recommend anyone waiting for collection confirms it on the day.”

“As I stated on Trustpilot from the commencement of proceedings the whole process was carried out in such an easy way that there was no trouble in following the requirements of the transaction. The people I was dealing with at both BHS Salvage and Copart were extremely helpful, and courteous and made my life easy. I would certainly use them again, should an occasion arise, and can strongly recommend them to any customers.”

“Ran the comparison through Monday afternoon, spoke to a rep within 30 mins and agreed price for scrap. Deposit paid straight to account, contacted next morning to arrange collection and car collected on the Thursday. Final payment received within 1 hour of collection. Quick and easy process from start to finish.”
