“Be aware although you think your car will be scrapped always read the small print .This company gives you a price over the phone but they are looking for ways to dock money of the original price they actually quoted to the customer as soon as they found out that we only had one car key to our car this company swipped at least £20.00 off the price they quoted us I believe that to be extremely harsh considering we thought the car was going to be scrapped untill we read the small print however at the time we just wanted rid of the car and had no choice but to accept the reduction of the £20.00 this company does not tell you that a reduction will made like this because we found that we only had 1 key for the car my husband mistakingly thought we had 2 keys so be aware. I would not recommend this company .”

“I don’t think very good is enough for the experience I had with the gentleman I spoke to....really wish I could remember his name. Absolutely amazing service fair play. The gentleman was so friendly and helpful and did all he could to help and advise me. We were going to scrap the car for 50 quid and after ringing this company we managed to get 300. Super speedy and easy process. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.”

“Very helpful & curteous staff. Pick up was efficient & quick. Only hiccup was that driver did not let me know that he was on his way, as the office informed me that he would. Contacted me when he arrived, leading to a rush for me to get to my vehicle.”
