“Very easy to deal with. Very pleased with customer service and interaction with the man who helped us. No silly, insulting prices offered. Money was paid promptly on day the car was taken. Removes all the drama from dealing with individuals yourself. Would definitely use again. Website very user friendly. No surprises on it.”

“All steps in the process were executed very well. Only issue in the process is that at the point of collecting the car, the driver/representative from the collecting agency did not sign the V5C on behalf of salvage company. This leaves the V5C form incomplete. I am now writing a note to DVLA that there is no signature on V5C for this reason. Hope they will accept it and confirm the transfer to be successful.”
