“I met the driver at the correct time at my destination once he checked car and I hand documents over the driver called the company to say he had the car and I spoke to one of the team who said my money would be in my account by 6pm I got my money quickly”

“Great service, from an initial enquiry screen, 2-3 questions to an offer in just a few minutes for an initial offer, then updated shortly after with even better offers. Once accepted, great friendly chat on the phone about the car and its condition, the terms of the agreement, all very simple, clear and concise. That was it, an email confirmation of the offer, please telephone link to use when the car was picked up (that worked fine and answered almost immediately and they knew it was me, so the car was taken away quickly and efficiently. Money as promised in the bank by close of the day. A really great service and would recommend it. Really hope I don't need them again but if I do, will be straight onto them.... thanks everyone.”
