“I was a bit skeptical at first. But decided to go through with it. I was honest about the car and was offered £740 , I also sent pics of scratches and them was only offered £240. I took the deal because I needed the money , The chap that came was helpful and kind”

“I was happy with the process however not happy with the service from the company who collected my car.. they drive the car from Scotland to England and didn’t pay their parking fees or toad tolls and I ended up with letters chasing payments for some hefty costs!. The dvla had been notified but as they change of ownership can take several weeks to register the fines came to me!.. the company refused to pay them which is appalling”

“I would obviously have liked a better price, but, given how badly I had treated the car, I have to be happy. I was unhappy when the first pick-up driver (who was a substitute) failed to appear. This caused an ongoing problem, but, the guy who did appear to pick-up the car was a real professional, and a joy to work with. Any problems were down to the first guy, and his failings are why I cannot rate the service higher than I did. The second guy, actually rates as "Very Good."”

“Very efficient and pleased with the process, apart from the collecting company not being able to give me a time slot for collection! - As it stands they are saying we need to be available 'all' day as they can't give us a time, which means losing a days pay, which makes the sale pointless 👎”

“Unfortunately there was a problem on the allocated collection day (broken down truck apparently) and I was only informed of this when I called them late in the afternoon to find out why I hadn't yet been contacted. Same happened on the second arranged collection date. Fortunately another driver managed to come collect it that day. When he did arrive he was very nice and efficient.”
