“Well - the chap with the lorry turned up at 8.15 am and found me still in bed - I'd thought he'd be coming after lunch, despite the email clearly saying he'd come between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. So that was embarrassing. Everything else went super-smoothly: me and a little boy and his grandma watched in fascination as my old car was winched onto the lorry, including some tricky moves to get the unmoving (terminal clutchitis) car out of its parking space. I got the initial payment and the final payment arrived when they said it would. No problems, only one surprise - for me, still snoring. Well done!”

“Do not go to Webuyanycar -despite their adverts they will rip you off-too many extras /charges and knock downs Scrapcarcomparison paid me nearly double and collected for salvage ( not scrap) within 48 hours Easy -guaranteed price -no haggle no hassle and you can speak to a human ( recommended as you may get a better price ) nice one”

“Great price great customer service, the young lad i believe his name was danny, was spot on really nice guy done a fab job. he's a credit to the company his telephone manner was helpful informative and genuine. yeah great team there. very easy to sort stuff out NO DRAMA , which i like. more than anything . thanks for a pleasant experience. they also collect a bit of cash for charity. so well done them. every bit helps people more disadvantaged than others.”
